8. Applicable Law
This Privacy Notice, as well as the general handling of the Law by R&VG, is governed by the applicable laws in force in the United Mexican States, and any dispute arising from its application must be brought before the competent Jurisdictional Authorities in the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
